Shaaron Ainsworth is a Professor of Learning Sciences in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Nottingham, UK. Her research interests focus on the development and evaluation of psychological theories related to teaching and learning, which broadly fall under the field of learning sciences. As an accomplished scholar, Ainsworth has numerous publications that contribute to our understanding of the cognitive and social processes involved in education. Through her interdisciplinary work, she explores how people learn and how educational practices and technologies can be designed to support effective teaching and learning. Dr Lynette Pretorius is an award-winning educator and researcher in the fields of academic language, literacy, research skills, and research methodologies. She has experience teaching undergraduate, postgraduate, and graduate research students, including supervising PhD students. Lynette is the author of multiple journal articles and two academic books focused on the experiences of graduate research students in academia. She has qualifications in Medicine, Science, Education, as well as Counselling, and her research interests include doctoral education, academic identity, student wellbeing, AI literacy, and autoethnography. Lynette is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy – an international honour awarded to educators who demonstrate a thorough understanding of, and a strong commitment to, teaching and learning approaches which foster high-quality student learning.

Dr. Farida Ariyani is a long-serving lecturer at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at the University of Lampung, where she has been teaching in the Indonesian and Regional Language and Literature Study Program since 1984. Throughout her distinguished career, she has taken on various leadership roles, including serving as the Head of the Undergraduate Study Program in Indonesian and Local Language and Literature Education in 1997, the Head of the Master's Degree Program in Local Language and Literature of Indonesia in 2016, and currently, the Head of the Master's Program in Lampung Language and Culture since 2019. In addition to her academic responsibilities, Dr. Ariyani is actively involved in the preservation and development of the Lampung language and script. She serves as the Coordinator for these efforts and as a member of the Lampung Customary Council (MPAL). Furthermore, she mentors the Lampung Language and Script Subject Teachers' Association (MGMP). Her research focus is in the field of Applied Linguistics, reflecting her commitment to bridging theory and practice in language education.
